Privacy policy

This website is run by NuKreative Studio (“we”, “us”), a web design and development studio based in New York, USA. Questions about this policy go through the contact form↗ or by replying to any email we’ve sent you.

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, company or artist name, the kind of work you do, the services you’re interested in, your budget range and timing, any links you add, and your message.

When you visit any page: our host’s servers record standard technical details with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

Spam protection: when you send the form, we briefly keep your IP address in memory to limit how many messages one connection can send. It isn’t stored or logged, and it’s gone within minutes.

We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send, payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

• This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any font service.
• Some demo pages can show players from SoundCloud, Mixcloud or YouTube. They stay switched off until you tap them. Once you do, that service loads in your browser and its own privacy policy and cookies apply.
• Links to other websites, such as our own projects, are covered by those sites’ policies.

If we ever add analytics, we’ll update this page first and choose a tool that doesn’t need a cookie banner.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and prepare a proposal.
• If we work together, to run the project under our written agreement.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use a few service providers. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel. Hosts this website. Its servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, page) for a short period.
• Resend. Delivers the contact form to our inbox.
• Our email provider. Stores the email conversation once we reply.

These providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

If your enquiry doesn’t turn into a project, we delete it within 24 months of our last conversation. If it does, we keep project records for as long as our agreement and tax rules require.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Use the contact form↗ or reply to one of our emails. We’ll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We’ll honor them.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form messages go straight from our server to our inbox and aren’t stored in a database. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

This site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we’ll tell the people affected.
